I have been away because of my second job - operations at a hotel up here. It's race weekend and we have been super busy! Just enough time to squeeze out a quick forecast:
We'll see numerous showers and thunderstorms during the overnight, these should start to taper off Sunday morning, and I expect that the Sprint Cup race at Michigan International Speedway should be able to be run, but I wouldn't be surprised if NASCAR needs to use the red flag for a couple of stray showers still in the area tomorrow afternoon. Here's that forecast:
