HIGH WIND ADVISORY POSTED

Good Morning...

The entire South Central Michigan Weather Zone is under a High Wind Advisory from the National Weather Service.  We're between a stalled high pressure area to the west and Hurricane Sandy to the east.  You can see the full text of the advisory at weather.gov.  Here's the summary of it.
  • Sustained 15-25 MPH northerly winds
  • This is expected to be a long-duration high wind situation
  • Gusts up to 60 MPH possible
  • Sustained 20-30 MPH winds tomorrow
  • Difficult travel for high-profile vehicles
  • Power outages due to winds damaging power grid infrastructure
You need to bring in any loose objects you don't want blown away, and if your driving takes you on an east-west road, be prepared to fight the wind.

More on the way!
