Monday Nite Update

Good Evening!

With some time to look at some weather data as a sunny and crisp fall day winds down, a bit of warming is on the way.  Temperatures are in the low or mid 50's at all reporting stations in the blog area at 6PM.  We'll see those values drop off rather quickly under a clear sky tonight, though we don't expect it to be a chilly as it was last night and into the pre-dawn hours for Tuesday.

It looks like Wednesday morning will be the next credible chance of shower activity in the area, with forecast modeling indicating a few widely scattered showers moving through early Wednesday, then once we get through that, a moderating trend takes hold and we stay in the upper 50's or 60's for the latter half of the week, until Saturday when our next chance for rain comes in.

Here's my forecast for tonight:

Have a great evening!
